Are you a registered Mantis user? If you have a Mantis account, go to the Mantis issue management system, log in and complete a problem report. We encourage clients to document any issues with our applications or services through this system, as it helps us work more efficiently and provide a quicker response.
Serious outage? Please call us at (02) 9212 0899 or raise anissue with urgent priority above and an SMS alert will be sent to our staff.
