These video tutorials are provided by ByWater Solutions and are available on Youtube. When accessing online resources, it is important to know what version of Koha you are running and what version the online information applies to. Currently, most Prosentient sites are running V3.20. The version number can be found under the 'More' menu in the Staff Client.  Though tutorials aimed at a later or earlier version of Koha than the one you are using may still be useful, since only some of Koha's many features change at any new release, be alert for any departure in the behaviour described in a tutorial from the behaviour of your own version.
