The New South Wales Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) is a governmental organization responsible for the planning and delivery of sustainable housing and the construction of recreational and working areas. They also carry out more specialized tasks such as the administration of crown lands, management of cemeteries and care for the Botanic Gardens in Sydney. 
Prosentient Systems supports the archival of digital content such as research publications produced by affiliated departments and organizations such as the Department of Regional NSW,  the Department of Planning, Housing & Infrastructure and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. 
Users can use the e-library website, hosted by DSpace, to browse collections of publications, search for specific articles, and view digital records. Dspace offers an intuitive and flexible interface for users to browse the online library, as well as for the archival and publishing of digital resources for online access.
