The requesting library can cancel requests by clicking maintain request status for outstanding items from the Gratisnet Home Page

Click the abandon link against the item you wish to cancel.

The supplying library can either forward a request or mark it as unfulfilled. Click on the review these requests link on your home page

A Forward link will appear if the library has nominated alternative supplying libraries. An Unfulfilled link will appear if the requesting library gave no alternative supplying libraries
