Collect outbound requests statistics.

Go to Gratisnet home page

Click on edit my library details

Click on Outbound requests

Click on Report

Tick the Time Stamp box – if you want to select a year for date range put the year in the adjacent field

Tick To NUCOS

Tick Journal Title

Choose Report Format Spreadsheet at the bottom of the table

Click Generate this report at the bottom of the page

Click OK

Depending on the size of the report this can take a few minutes

The following message will appear on completion of report:

For best results click on the Resources link which takes you to the GRATISNET Resources page

Click on the report you wish to download

Open using Microsoft Excel

You can then manipulate/sort report by journal, date or NUC symbol

To collect inbound requests perform the same procedure but choose inbound at step 2 and From Nucos at step 4.
